For the safety of our children, we personally verify every registration. If you were referred by a member, please list their name. If you found us via social media or another source, you may be asked to submit a link to your social media account, or a photo of you with your child and photo identification for name verification (for your own protection, you may blur or cross out any non-essential info, such as your address or driver's license number).
